The release tops off a busy year that’s seen Meek perform live on BBC London‘s Gaby Roslin show, play electrifying sets at North London venues Grace and The Finsbury plus sell out the Star Inn in her hometown of Guildford.  When released as a single, When You’re Sober enjoyed viral success – all aided with the help of a debut on ITV2’s Love Island this summer, plus high volume coverage across international press, playlists and music blogs.

When You’re Sober was shot within the confines of South London’s legendary ​SLV Studios​, and visually expresses Meek’s dark and twisted take on love, with an injection of contemporary pop. Director Alexander Cullen​ cut his teeth photographing the young songstress at concerts and on instagram over the last 12 months – while Meek rightfully refers to him in the press as her ​‘very own Pixie Levinson’ – Enjoy . . .
