“Liv Austen is one of the hottest properties on
the British country music scene”

“A flawless debut from a rising star in country
music”
Maverick Magazine

As we close on a fantastic year for country/pop’s rising star Liv Austen, in which there were C2C, Cornbury & Millport festival performances, a Bob Harris / Under The Apple Tree session, a Country Music Hot List inclusion, plus Chris Country Radio playlisting, BBC Regionals, CMR Nashville & more, her debut album A Moment Of Your Time gets a timely release this autumn.

Already picking up glowing 5 star reviews in Maverick and Country Music mags, plus an inclusion on Amazon’s Country Right Now playlist, A Moment Of Your Time features a bevy of great songs, tastefully produced & highly accessible. It includes her singles The Next Time, Don’t Regret A Single One, and Window Shopping, but also future classics like Whole Heart, A Moment of Your Time, Detour and more. The album also features top songwriting collaborations with Ward Thomas writer Jessica Sharman, bright new talent Kaity Rae & Liv’s music partner Jon Wright, who’s also responsible for the album’s bright and colourful production sound.

Originally from Oslo in Norway, Liv moved to the UK to develop her acting career when the songs she was writing in her spare time found their way into the hands of music industry folk, who clearly saw their potential. Now with multiple performances at C2C Festival, writing with Ben Earle from The Shires and having caught the attention of legendary UK broadcaster & Americana / Country champion, Bob Harris, Liv is set to make big waves over the coming months and well into next summer’s festival season.

Liv also appeared in the recent series of the Channel 4/AMC hit show Humans, playing a robot that can speak 6,000 languages, which saw her native Norwegian tongue come into play. But Liv hasn’t always been a natural performer: growing up in Norway, Liv suffered from terrible stage fright. It wasn’t until during a 3 year stint in Belgium during her teens that her music teacher discovered her beautiful singing voice & taught her how to overcome her nerves – but all that’s behind her now and there are live shows being added to her schedule all the time, so please check out her website for gigs, news updates and be sure to give her “A Moment of Your Time”.
