This mental health & music initiative is put together by the Hull based Warren Youth Project and is a continuation of the story following on from Three Minute Heroes Vol 1, which enjoyed love & support from BBC Radio 1, BBC 6Music, Radio X, MOJO, RnR Mag & Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
Latest single from the new album Three Minute Heroes Vol 2, is Being Alone by Brosnan, whose fusion of British indie & new wave informs their second-hand pop sound. With Jonny Rodrigues’ bubbly bass hooks, the onrush of raw vocals & melodic guitar riffs by lead singer/guitarist Rory Moses and drummer Jake Haylett’s slick, stomping grooves, they exude wistful overtones reminiscent of influences Pulp & New Order.
